Overview
The owners
of the Valley Center Complex in West
Dover, Vermont
needed to expand their outgrown facility. In order to demonstrate that their existing
water supply well could adequately sustain the additional demand, Lincoln
Applied Geology, Inc. (LAG) developed and implemented an appropriate
investigative plan that successfully demonstrated there was no significant
adverse interference with neighboring wells.
Hydro-Geologic
Evaluation Plan
- A step drawdown test was conducted in accordance with Vermont
Water Supply Rule (WSR).
- A 36-hour continuous pump test was conducted the day after the
step drawdown test.
- Water quality was monitored at the on-site well as well as
neighboring wells within a 500' radius.
