Stephen Revell
Steve has over 32 year’s
professional experience in the environmental field. He has provided project
direction for over 1,000 residential and community on-site sewage disposal
systems in Vermont, New
York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.
He has managed over 200 water supply projects for private, public, commercial
and industrial clients and investigated and designed remediation systems for
hundreds of contaminated sites throughout the Northeast. Steve has provided
expert testimony on contamination, water supply, sewage disposal, and
engineering geology related problems in Vermont,
Pennsylvania, New York,
and Massachusetts.
He is responsible for the delisting of a solvent type contamination-impacted
manufacturing facility from Federal and State Hazardous Waste Site
Classifications resulting in sale and reactivation of the facility. Steve has
a BA in Hydrogeology/Geology from Franklin
Marshall College
and a MS in Geology from Southern Illinois University. He is a Certified
Professional Geologist (CPG) in New Hampshire,
Certified by the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) and a
Certified Class B Licensed Designer #178 in Vermont. He has over 35 years of
experience designing various types of sewage disposal systems. He has OSHA
HAZWOPER (1910.120) certification, and is a member of National Ground Water
Association.
Iossy
Medvinsky
Iossy is Senior Geologist and
Chief of Operations in charge of projects requiring extensive management and
coordination such as remediation evaluation and design. He oversees the
environmental division operations. He has been responsible for subsurface
investigations and corrective actions plans for numerous petroleum and
industrial sites across Indiana.
Remedial systems included ground water recovery and treatment technologies,
free product recovery and separation, air sparging systems, soil vapor
extraction/venting systems, multi-phase extraction systems, bioremediation
systems, and others. He has provided environmental support and consulting
services to law firms, banks, oil companies, real estate companies,
industries and the public sector. Remediation of contaminants consisting of
petroleum products, solvents, acids, bases, PCBs and heavy metals. Iossy has
a BS in Geology from University of Houston, Graduate studies in Geology Hydrogeology
and Geophysics; Hazardous Materials Manager studies – Indiana University.
He is certified as a Licensed Indiana Professional Geologist, Certified
Professional Geologist (CPG), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHIMM),
OSHA Certification, and a member of the National Ground Water
Association.
Elias Erwin
Management of projects from
commencement to completion for private clients. Correspondence and coordination with State
Regulators, Attorneys and Insurance Agencies, involving wastewater projects
and hazardous waste sites.
Interpretation and understanding of State rules and regulations. Site and soil evaluations for wastewater
and contaminant site assessments.
Monitoring and sampling of hazardous waste sites. Water supply pumping tests and sampling of
private and public drinking water supplies.
Conduct pilot tests using new remedial technology and the installation
of ground water remedial systems.
Completion of Phase I and Phase II site assessments in accordance with
ASTM and AAI requirements. Removal and
assessment of underground storage tanks.
Total station land surveying and CAD Drafting. Complete permit applications to various Vermont State agencies. Eli has an AS from Roger
Williams University
and a BS in Resource Conservation from the University of Montana.
Eli has OSHA HAZWOPER (1910.120) certification. and is a member of National
Ground Water Association.
Dagan Murray
Dagan has a strong background
in managing hazardous waste sites in Vermont,
New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Dagan has also been
involved with remediation of gasoline stations, permitting and various types
of water supply work. Currently, Dagan is responsible for field monitoring
and evaluation of contaminated sites, water supply projects, supervision
& reporting of pump tests, Phase I & II Environmental Site
Assessments and reporting to State & LAG clients. He has 7 years
experience in the environmental field. Dagan has a BS from Norwich University
in Geology and a Minor in Environmental Science. Dagan has OSHA HAZWOPER
(1910.120) certification, and is a member of National Ground Water
Association.
Jeremy Revell
Jeremy has over 15 years of
experience in installation, monitoring, sampling and reporting of remedial
systems. His responsibilities include scheduling of all field work,
installation and operation of remedial systems, supervision of monitor well
installation and alternative sewage system installation. He is also
responsible for underground storage tank assessments and reporting,
monitoring and sampling of contaminated sites and water supplies as well as
pump test data collection and reporting. Jeremy is a certified water system
operator and has expertise in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical
systems. Jeremy is 40-hour OSHA certified.
Joe Hagan
Joe has been an Environmental
Technician for the past 8 years. His responsibilities include: monitoring and
sampling of clean and contaminated sites, collecting data for pumping tests
of water supplies, scheduling of vehicle and equipment maintenance, ordering
supplies, keeping track of all inventory, and assisting in the construction
of remedial systems and alternative sewage systems. Joe is 40-hour OSHA
Certified.

Shannon Kayhart
Shannon has been with LAG for
13 years, initially as an administrative assistant, then as office manager. Her
primary responsibilities include customer service, accounts payable and
receivable, invoicing, payroll management, supervision of office personnel
and supplies. She has a BS in Business Management from Champlain College.
Tyler Maynard
Tyler has over 3 years of experience in
Computer Aided Design. He is responsible for designing, keeping up-to-date
and managing LAG CAD drafting standards. His duties include; AutoCAD,
Computer troubleshooting, CAD file management, Website design, and various other computer
related tasks. He prepares State approved CAD drawing documents in both site
remediation and sewage disposal systems.
He graduated in 2005 & 2006 from Vermont Technical
College with an AS in
Architectural and Building Technologies and a BS in Business. Tyler
is 40 Hour OSHA Certified.
Linda Revell
As the original owner of LAG,
Linda bears the ultimate financial responsibilities of the company. Linda
manages the overall financial state of the company. In addition to this, she
is a point of contact for many of LAG's larger projects. Linda has an
academic background in business management and accounting. She holds a 40
hour OSHA certification as well as supervisor certification.
