Gasoline
Station Expansion Project in Northeastern Vermont
The owners
of an aging gasoline service station in northeastern Vermont applied for permits to improve
their facility. The proposal included the addition of a more modern pump
system, a convenience store and a bakery to the existing historic building.
Lincoln Applied Geology, Inc. (LAG) helped the owners successfully apply for
the permits needed to complete the project. These permits included:
- ACT 250 permit
- Building permit
- Town zoning permit
- Asbestos Control Program Demolition Permits
- Water and wastewater permits
- Underground storage tank permit
